Privacy Policy

The App is operated by Winterlink Wellness for its own use. It does not provide a service to, collect data from, or act on behalf of third-party users or other Pinterest accounts.

When authorized through Pinterest's official OAuth process, the App accesses only the Winterlink Wellness Pinterest business account. Specifically, it may:

• Read the list of boards on our own account.
• Create and read Pins on our own account.
• Read basic information about our own account.
• Read analytics and performance metrics for our own Pins and boards, such as impressions, saves, clicks, and other engagement statistics provided by Pinterest.

The App requests only the permissions needed for these activities.

The App stores the OAuth access and refresh tokens issued by Pinterest so it can publish Pins to our own account. These tokens are stored securely in our private application database and are never sold, shared, or exposed publicly.

The App also keeps local records of content it has published, such as Pin identifiers, board names, and publishing status, to verify successful posting and avoid duplicates. It may store performance metrics retrieved from Pinterest for our own Pins and boards so Winterlink Wellness can track content performance over time.

• It does not collect, store, or process personal data belonging to other Pinterest users.
• It does not sell, rent, or share data with third parties.
• It does not run advertising campaigns or access advertiser data.
• It does not message or contact other Pinterest users.

OAuth tokens are retained only while the App is in active use and are revoked or deleted when no longer needed. Pinterest account authorization can be revoked at any time through the Pinterest account settings, which ends the App's access.

Publishing records and performance metrics relating to our own account may be retained for internal recordkeeping and historical performance analysis. They are deleted when they are no longer needed for those purposes.

Winterlink Wellness uses reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect stored credentials and account information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse.
